Our 4 Step Partnership Process

1 - Submit a Referral: Start by submitting a referral on behalf of your client. Our team will review the referral and reach out to discuss the available housing options.​​​

 

2 - Coordination and Communication: Once the referral is received, our Housing Specialist will work closely with you to gather all necessary documents and ensure that the application process is smooth. We prioritize clear and consistent communication to keep you informed every step of the way.

 

3 - Application Support: We assist in completing all required documentation, from income verification to any additional paperwork, to expedite the housing placement process for your client.

 

4 - Ongoing Partnership: After your client has been placed in housing, we continue to work with you to ensure their housing situation remains stable. We’re here to provide support and resources to help them maintain their new home.
